All services and products provided under hostflas are intended to be used for lawful purposes only. Any use that violates any federal, state or municipal law of the United States is strictly prohibited. This includes anything that only uses copyrighted materials or materials that threaten or are protected by certain trade secrets. We are not responsible for any damages you may suffer for violating our terms.
All the services we provide are designed to have 100% uptime. In the event of any damage that causes our services to fail for longer than this duration, we will pro-rate the appropriate portion of the monthly or annual service charges upon request.
We do not strictly allow any website or content that promotes any illegal activity or content that may damage our servers or any other server on the Internet. The linking of such materials is also strictly prohibited. Any attempt to undermine or damage our servers is strictly prohibited, detection of such things may result in suspension of service without notice. We have the authority to suspend your account without refund in the event that we detect malicious activity. Server abuse includes but is not limited to the following.
A. Resource-intensive “CPU” programs.
B. Denial of service attacks.
C. Piracy cracking of any kind “this includes exploits”.
D. Account transactions.
G: Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, trademarks, or other illegal content. Examples include: movies, MP3s, pirated software, hacker programs, or Warez sites.
H: We do not allow IRC on our VPS and shared servers. We do allow game servers on our VPS accounts, however, they must follow our server resource policy.
Q: Warez, image dump, archive, mirror or advertising services.
J: Sale of controlled substances or online pharmacies.
K: Brute force programs, IP scanners, mail bombers and spam scripts.
L: Personal proxies are allowed.
Hostflas reserves the right to cancel any service at any time and under certain circumstances. If the suspension or cancellation of services is due to a policy violation, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Customers may cancel any service at any time. But no refund will be provided if requested after 7 days of purchase “managed – shared web hosting only”. No refunds will be provided for VPS and custom or dedicated plans.
If you cancel your account and your payments still recur for any reason, such as.
1) By mistake, Hostflas staff.
2) By mistake of the credit card processor.
3) By mistake of any other collection company.
We are not responsible for any overdraft charges issued by your financial institution. All licenses provided with services and add-ons are non-refundable.
Host content that promotes any adult content. And any racist content, not limited to color, religion, creed or any belief will result in immediate suspension of services.
Websites that promote adult content, pornography or gender-related content are permitted in some circumstances, please contact Support before including such content. Child pornography is strictly prohibited, if we find child pornography content, we will immediately suspend your services.
Backup and Data Policy
All our servers have backup equipment “under managed plans”. But we still cannot guarantee that all your material will be backed up. Therefore, please make regular backups of your accounts or data. For special data backup solutions, please contact our support team. For managed shared hosting, we have a daily backup policy and will run for 30 days. We are not responsible for loss of backups or data.
Spam policy email
We do not allow spam or mass emailing under any circumstances. You may not use our servers or any service for mass or unsolicited emails. You can send 300 messages per hour with your account. It is prohibited to subscribe email addresses to any mailing list without the express permission of the owner of the email address. All mailing lists running on our servers must have a closed-loop “confirmed subscription”. The user may be charged a blacklist removal fee of $200.00 or more.
Data Migration Policy
Hostflas provides migration assistance for shared and managed clients. You can quickly migrate your data to our servers. You must open a support ticket with access to the previous server for migration.
Denial of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service in our sole discretion.
Hostflas reserves the right to change prices, policies and settings of any account when necessary without notice.
Hostflas expects its customers to comply with all our rules and all applicable laws. A subscriber’s failure to comply with those laws will violate Hostflas’ policy. Finally, Hostflas would like to emphasize that by signing the service agreement, subscribers indemnify Hostflas for any violation of the service agreement, law or Hostflas policy, which results in a loss to Hostflas or the filing of any claim against Hostflas by a third party. This means that if Hostflas is sued due to the activity of a subscriber or customer of a subscriber, the Subscriber will pay any damages awarded against Hostflas, plus reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees.
