Hostflas reserves the right to cancel or suspend any service at any time. If the cancellation or suspension was made due to the violation of us, no refund will be provided. The refund only applies to managed shared hosting users only if they cancel services within 7 days. You can cancel your account or service within 7 days of purchase for a refund. No refunds will be provided for VPS / Dedicated Servers / Clusters / Add-ons / Licenses / Additional IP.

You can cancel services by sending a support ticket or by using the cancellation form within your customer area. If you cancel your account and your payments continue to appeal for any reason like?

1) By Hostflas staff
2) Due to credit card processor
3) Due to the fault of any other payment collection company, we are not responsible for any overdraft fees issued by your financial institution.
4) All sales made with promotions are final and are not covered by the Refund Policy without request. However, a refund will be issued if the error is at the end of HostItBro.

Our 7-day refund policy only applies to managed shared web hosting plans. The refund policy is terminated if purchases are made with promotions.

Sales made during Black Friday/Cyber Monday or such events are not applicable for refunds until there is an error on our part.
