As a provider of website hosting and other Internet-related services, Hostflas offers its customers “also known as” Subscribers “and their customers and users the means to acquire and disseminate a large amount of public, private, commercial and non-commercial information. . When subscribers obtain information via the Internet, they should be aware that Hostflas cannot monitor, verify, guarantee or attest to the accuracy and quality of the information they acquire. For this reason, subscribers should exercise their best judgment based on information obtained from the Internet, and should also be aware that some material published on the Internet may be sexually explicit or offensive. When subscribers transmit information from the Internet, they should be aware that Hostflas does not review, edit, censor or take responsibility for the information its subscribers may create. 2) AUDIO AND VIDEO TRANSMISSION
Audio and video transmission is not supported by the hosting. Hostflas does not allow the transmission of audio or video content. Offending accounts will be suspended without notice or cancelled.
3) ADULT CONTENT
Hostflas allows adult content. Must have a disclaimer, content must be legal within India.
4) Disk usage provision
Your website content must be linked from an HTML web page or similarly coded with all publicly available content. Your website should consist of standard design web pages, essentially text and graphics based on HTML. Your hosting account should consist mainly of html and php files.
The number of inodes used by a reseller and a shared server hosting account should not exceed the following limits:

A maximum of 12 GB of a shared hosting account can be allocated to music, video or other media files, including but not limited to .aac, .avi, .mp3, .mp4, .mpeg, .jpg. png, .gif files;
A maximum of 12 GB of a shared hosting account can be allocated to any file and disk image files containing the full content and structure of a data storage medium;
A maximum of 12 GB of a shared hosting account can be allocated to databases and database dumps, including but not limited to .sql files;
A maximum of 12 GB of a shared hosting account can be allocated to executable files and all other files that are the result of compiling a program.
Any user whose server account uses the most scalable resources on an ongoing basis must agree to upgrade to a package with more available resources.
At its sole discretion, Hostflas reserves the right to determine any unfair or inappropriate use of any content that may result in immediate account suspension or upgrade to a higher resource availability package. The decision to upgrade shall be at the sole discretion of Hostflas and shall be made at its reasonable discretion.
5) Use of e-mail services
You must use e-mail and other related services in full compliance with the terms below:
To safeguard overall server performance, you may not send or forward more than the following number of emails, per hour and per domain:
For shared hosting accounts, email storage must not exceed the 10 GB limit.
For IMAP, POP3 mailboxes, you can perform up to 100 email checks per hour.
For POP3, you can make up to 11 simultaneous connections to the e-mail system per IP address on shared and reseller servers, and up to 19 simultaneous connections to the e-mail system per IP address on commercial and e-mail servers.
For IMAP, you can make up to 30 simultaneous connections to the email system per IP address on shared, reseller, commercial, and email servers.
For SMTP, you can make up to 105 simultaneous connections to the email system on shared, reseller, commercial and email servers. This limit applies to the entire server.
6) LARGE FILE POLICY
Hostflas is not for hosting and distributing files; as such, customers may not host files larger than 128 MB that are available for the sole purpose of downloading. 7) OBSCENE MATERIALS OR SPEECHES
The use of the Hostflas network to advertise, transmit, store, publish, display or make available child pornography or obscene language or material is prohibited. Hostflas is required by law to notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of child pornography or is transmitted over its network.
8) DEFAMATORY OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE
Use the Hostflas network as a means to transmit or publish negative, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language.
9) HEADER FORGERY
Falsifies or misrepresents message headers, either in whole or in part, to mask the author of the message.
10) ILLEGAL OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OTHER COMPUTERS OR NETWORKS
Illegally or unappropriately accessing another person’s computer, account, or network, or attempting to penetrate the security measures of another person’s system (often referred to as “hacking”). In addition, any activity that may be used as a precursor to an attempt to penetrate the system (i.e., port scanning, stealth scanning, or other information gathering activity).

14) OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Participate in activities that are determined to be illegal, including but not limited to advertising, transmitting or making available Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulent credit card collection and pirated software.
16) Backup limitations
For our clients of Starter Business, Ultimate, we offer unlimited backup storage space with the Jetbackup tool. All backups are stored for 30 days. After this period, the backup will be removed from the server and there will be no copies. We make a daily backup of your entire cPanel account, you can use the Jetbackup options on your cPanel to find your backup, restore your account or download the full backup.
If your services expire due to non-payment, we will suspend your hosting account after 5 days from the expiration date. You may still request backups within 30 days of the expiration date. After that, your hosting account will be cancelled, no backups will be provided and the backups will be deleted from our server.
Most of our servers have backup equipment. For liability reasons, we cannot guarantee that your material will be backed up. Therefore, please back up your accounts off our servers. We are not responsible for lost material. If you need a backup of your accounts, we can do it.
17) OTHER ACTIVITIES
Participate in activities, whether legal or illegal, that Hostflas determines are detrimental to subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill or customer relations.
As stated above, the responsibility to avoid the harmful activities described above lies primarily with the subscriber. Hostflas will not, as a matter of normal practice, monitor subscriber communications to confirm that they comply with Hostflas’ policy or applicable law. However, when Hostflas becomes aware of harmful activity, it may take any action to stop the harmful activity, including, but not limited to, removing information, closing a website, implementing detection software designed to block offensive transmissions. The user may also refuse access to the Internet or take any other action that Hostflas deems appropriate.
Hostflas is also aware that many of its subscribers are Internet service providers, and that information coming into Hostflas’ facilities from those subscribers may come from a customer of the subscriber or another third party. Hostflas does not require subscribers to provide Internet services that monitor or censor transmissions or websites created by subscribers’ customers. Hostflas reserves the right to take action directly against a subscriber’s customer. In addition, Hostflas may take action against Hostflas’ subscriber due to the activities of a subscriber’s customer, although the action may affect other subscriber’s customers. Similar Hostflas anticipates that subscribers offer Internet cooperation services with Hostflas in any corrective or preventive action Hostflas deems necessary. Failure to cooperate with such corrective or preventive action is a violation of Hostflas policy.
Hostflas will not intentionally monitor private e-mail messages sent or received by subscribers, unless required by law, government authority or when public safety is at stake. However, Hostflas may monitor your service electronically to determine that its facilities are operating satisfactorily. In addition, Hostflas may disclose information, including but not limited to information about a subscriber, a transmission made using our network or a website, to comply with a court order, subpoena, discovery request, or court order. or government order, statute, regulation, or request. Hostflas assumes no obligation to inform the subscriber that subscriber information has been provided, and in some cases, the law may prohibit providing such notice. Finally, Hostflas WISHES to emphasize that, by sacrificing the requirements of the Service Agreement, Subscribers indemnify Hostflas for any Violation of the Service Agreement, law or Hostflas Policy that results in a loss to Hostflas or in the Submission of any claim against Hostflas by any third party. THIS MEANS THAT IF Hostflas is sued DUE TO THE ACTIVITY OF THE SUBSCRIBER OR THE SUBSCRIBER’S CUSTOMER, THE SUBSCRIBER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY DAMAGES AWARDED AGAINST Hostflas PLUS REASONABLE COSTS AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES.
